Due to the activation of a new security feature in Sussex Direct, its email service was inadvertently impacted. As a result, the outgoing email service was down from 12:40 pm to 3:09 pm on 27 August. This means that any emails sent from Sussex Direct during this period did not reach their intended recipients.
Our teams identified the issue and were able to rectify and restore normal service shortly after 3pm on 27 August.
However, any automated action or notification emails sent from Sussex Direct between 12:40 pm and 3:09 pm were not delivered. These include
