Some users may be experiencing trouble when logging in to the G:Drive. Our team is currently investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.

We continue to investigate issues with the G:Drive service along with our 3rd party support partners to identify the cause and implement a solution.
We apologise for the inconvenience due to this outage, rest assured that our priority is to restore the service to normal operating levels.

We have deployed a fix that has restored the service. Users should now be able to access G:Drive shares.
We are monitoring to ensure the G:Drive is fully operational.
