RESOLVED - Staff VPN service - connections failing

We are aware that staff working from home may be unable to access the staff VPN. We are investigating as a priority and will post more information here as soon as we have it.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this unexpected outage is causing

We are pleased to report that the Staff VPN issue that was affecting a lot of users has now been resolved and people are able to connect to the VPN and the services that require it.
