We are aware that there are some staff who have lost licencing, resulting in them not being able to access Teams, Electronic Library Resources or Zoom.
We are investigating as a matter of urgency and hope to have a temporary fix in place very soon.
We will post updates here has soon as we have them

We have implemented a temporary fix which will have restored access to Office 365 and Zoom to affected users. All other services will be restored following an overnight database update

Unfortunately there has been a repeat of the issue that affected some staff on Friday, resulting in the loss of software licencing.
Office 365 and Zoom licencing has not been affected on this occasion but the following services have been:
VPN
Qualtrics
Box
Electronic Library Resources
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and these other services should be restored by tomorrow at the latest
