Reminder - ADVANCE NOTICE - IT Service Desk Closed on Friday 5 May from 1pm for essential training

The IT Service Desk counter and phone service will be closed on Friday 5th May from 1pm to allow the team to attend essential Okta Identity Management training.
Please raise incidents and service requests via our self-service portal during this time and we will respond to them as quickly as we can.
Both services will reopen on Tuesday 9th May, the phone service from 8.30am and the counter service from 9am.
