RESOLVED: Issues with Zoom - Monday 23 January

We are aware of a problem with Zoom which is affecting some users.
Zoom have acknowledged that there is an issue with their service. They have identified the fault and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For lecturers who are finding that this is impacting their teaching, Educational Enhancement have suggested that
- Panopto may be a suitable alternative teaching aid
- In the case of live online teaching, they recommend using Zoom through the browser instead of the Canvas integration.
