RESOLVED: Issue with the Self Service Portal

Our Service Management tool, which we use for handling IT faults and service requests across the University is currently suffering performance issues, this is delaying our ability to assist you and preventing you from using our Self Service Portal successfully.
The supplier is investigating and we will post updates here as soon as we have them
