The IT Service Desk will be offering a reduced counter and phone service in the run up to the Christmas break.
From Monday 12 December until Wednesday 21 December the Service Desk will be providing counter and phone support between 9am and 1pm from Monday to Friday.
Support for email and tickets will continue to be provided between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Whilst we understand the importance to our customers of ensuring that we offer a daily face to face and phone service, it is important that we prepare for the expected increase in demand for support from staff and students coming back onto campus in January.
