RESOLVED - System Performance issues - 7 December 2022

We have identified a failed component which is causing performance issues across a large number of our services this morning. You may experience this as slowness whilst trying to access a variety of services.
IT Services are working with our support partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we will post updates here as soon as we have them.
UPDATE: 8 Dec 2022 - 5:01pm
A Dell engineer attended site on Wednesday afternoon and replaced the faulty component and we have been monitoring the service to ensure it is working properly.
Unfortunately we have had a further failure this afternoon and are awaiting an engineer and part which will be fitted as soon as possible.
We apologise for the impact this component failure is having on service performance

We are pleased to report that a Dell engineer attended site last night and replaced the faulty part. We can see that service performance has improved but will continue to monitor it over the coming days.
