The IT Service Desk in Shawcross will not be able to provide a counter service on
Friday 2 December.
We will continue to respond to incidents and service requests raised via our ticketing system, and will answer as many phone calls as possible during the day.
We hope to be able to offer a full service from Monday 5 December.
