We are investigating further issues with Sussex Direct this morning that are affecting all users. As soon as we have more information we will post it here.
We apologise again for the disruption that this unexpected outage is causing and are dealing with the issue as a priority.

We believe we have identified the root cause of the issues experienced last week with Sussex Direct, and the development team are working on a resolution as a priority.

We regret to inform you that Sussex Direct is not currently available. We are working on a resolution as a top priority and hope to restore access to at least some of the system shortly.
We shall post further updates here as soon as we receive them, and apologise for the inconvenience this must cause.

We are pleased to announce that Sussex Direct is currently available.
We have had to temporarily disable details of assessment results in the marks and feedback section, as this query was the cause of the issue. We are working on a solution to release this information again which we hope to implement within the next 48 hours.
Apologies for this ongoing impact.
We are pleased to announce the fix for Sussex Direct was applied at 4pm on 18 October, and all services are now restored.
