We are aware of an issue with printing at the moment, not allowing users to add the print queue to their devices.
Our printing provider is currently investigating this issue. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
If you need to print and are unable to access the queue, you can use Cloudprint instead. Please visit https://cloudprint.sussex.ac.uk/ and login, then select the "webprint" option; this will allow you submit basic printing jobs.

Following investigation from our printing provider, a change made recently is going to be rolled back.
This process will take printing offline for everyone for 15-30 minutes. We will endeavour to get service restored as soon as possible, and will post an update once this is done.
Service should be restored by 15:30 (23/09/2022) at the latest.
The print servers are now back up and running and service should be restored.
