[RESOLVED] Service Issues - 20/07/2022

A failed component is causing performance issues across a large number of our services. You may experience this as slowness whilst trying to accessing services.
IT Services are working with our support partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Further updates will be posted as we receive them.
UPDATE: 22 Jul 2022 - 11:28am
A part expected to fix the current issues when accessing some services is due on site late this afternoon. Due to a global supply chain issue sourcing the part any sooner has not been possible.
The part will be replaced this afternoon as we expect to return to a normal level of service at some point in the early evening.

Maintenance on the affected system is now complete and services are returning to normal operation.
