Turnitin are reporting that there has been an unexpected service incident which is affecting similarity reports and may be affecting submissions.
We will monitor their status pages and update this news item as soon as we have more information

Turnitin have confirmed that the unexpected service incident has been resolved and the service is working normally
to receive email alerts of updates.
