RESOLVED - Issues with the Sussex Mobile Application

We are aware that there are currently issues with the Sussex Mobile Application. It is currently not possible to login to the application so we are advising customers to remain logged in if possible.
We have reported the issue to the service provider who is investigating. We will update this news item as soon as they have updated us on the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.
UPDATE: 9 May 2022 - 1:39pm
RESOLVED - the issues affecting the Sussex Mobile Application have now been resolved and customers should now be able to login to the app successfully.
