Turnitin - issues when trying to mark submissions

We have been advised that Turnitin is currently experiencing service issues.
This is resulting in problems for anyone who is attempting to mark submissions within Turnitin.
As soon as we have an update on the service we will post information here.
UPDATE: 7 Apr 2022 - 12:42pm
Turnitin have confirmed that the issue affecting their service has now been resolved. The service is now running normally.
