The IT Service Desk has been significantly impacted by Covid and currently has a number of staff self-isolating
From Wednesday 5 January 2022 the Service Desk will be providing support at the following times:

On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s the entrance to Shawcross will be open to visitors
On Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s students can access the user area via the keypad. The code can be found at /its/keycodes
Our opening times will be reviewed weekly, but may be subject to change at short notice depending on staff availability
