UPDATE - Emails to @live.com @outlook.com and @hotmail.com currently not being delivered

We are aware that users are having issues sending email to addresses ending in @live.com @outlook.com and @hotmail.com and @msn.com
We believe that this is the result of large amounts of email being sent from compromised Sussex accounts. These compromised accounts have been secured but it is going to take time for the external domains to build confidence in our emails and relax the rate limiting that they are currently applying.

RESOLVED
The email rate limiting and blocking that has been stopping emails to the above domains being delivered has been lifted and emails are now being delivered normally.
