We are investigating reports of a number of different issues with printing across campus with our external service provider and will provide an update here as soon as we can, but no later than 4pm this afternoon.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this interruption to service is causing.

Our service provider is continuing to investigate a number of printing issues on campus this afternoon. We will post an update here as soon as we have more information or no later than 9am tomorrow morning
If you are able to login to an MFD and release your print job but nothing is printed, please send your job again and attempt to release it from a different MFD
If you are unable to send your print job to the secure print queue then please try using cloudprint at cloudprint.sussex.ac.uk

Our service provider continues to investigate the issues that are affecting printing on campus and we are assisting with their investigations, a further update will be posted as soon as possible but no later than 12 noon
Our service provider has completed their investigations and the printing service on campus is now fully operational.
We apologise for any inconvenience the loss of service has caused.
