Due to an unexpected issue with a planned change to the way our email is routed, users may have experienced intermittent email delivery to external recipients this afternoon.
Email that was not successfully delivered will have generated a ‘non-delivery report’ error message and if you are in receipt of one, it will be necessary to re-send the email to that recipient.
Outgoing email is now being delivered successfully.
