IT Service Desk unable to receive emails - Issue Resolved

We've resolved this issue and the Service Desk is now able to receive emails to the ITServiceDesk@sussex.ac.uk email address.
The IT Service Desk are unable to receive email to the ITServiceDesk@sussex.ac.uk email address at the moment. This is due to a fault with our Service Management system. Our suppliers are looking into the issue as a priority.
It you need to log a Service Desk ticket you can still do so online at , or if your issue is urgent you can call the service desk on 01273 678090.
