Network issues (resolved): Essex House, Brighthelm, Northfield

Systems / Services Affected: Following a power cut at the weekend, we are working to restore normal network services in the these locations:
- Essex House – First Floor only
- Brighthelm House 15 – affecting Houses 13, 14, 15 and 16. All wired and wireless connections to all flats affected.
- Northfield Block 4 – ground and first floors, both wired and wireless networks affected. The second and third floors are still operational.
- Northfield Block 11 – all flats, both wired and wireless networks affected.
- Northfield Block 12 – all flats, both wired and wireless networks affected.
Date / time: 14:00, 3 Nov 2019 - 11:00, 4 Nov
Reason for downtime: Most ITS systems were unaffected by the power cut, but some network switches require additional maintenance.
