If you’re using Windows Remote to work from home, you might experience a slow connection or trouble logging in.
If you have already connected and you are finding the service slow, please close your connection within the Windows Remove screen and then re-connect.

Reason for downtime:
Some of the Windows Remote servers are experiencing performance issues. We’re restarting them to refresh the connections and investigating the underlying cause.
We’re sorry about the frustration this may cause and we’ll restore service performance as quickly as possible.
