Systems / Services Affected: MFD printers on campus are showing an error that they can’t connect to the print server.

Reason for downtime: We’re working with our support partners to diagnose and resolve the problem. We’ll publish more news as soon as we have more information.

Our 3rd party suppliers have identified the issue and are in the process of rebooting the printing servers. We will advise as soon as printing is available again

UPDATE: 4 Jul 2019 - 2:20pm
Our servers have now been rebooted (the reason for failure was due to a Microsoft server issue in the South East). Services are now being restored on the papercut server which controls scanning. For the time being printing is available but scanning is still down.
We will update as soon as scanning is available again

Printing, scanning and access to Cloudprint all seem to be working normally.
