Reason for downtime: Our suppliers are currently investigating this issue and we hope for a resolution shortly. We’ll provide further news as soon as we have an update.

We've resolved the issue that was making it impossible to enter bank details in Sussex Direct.
If you need to add your bank details, you should be able to do this now.
