Systems / Services Affected: You might find that your desktop computer has been running slowly a couple of times this afternoon. However, computers do resume working normally after a short time.

Reason for downtime: We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
We are aware that logging out and logging back in doesn’t help with this issue, so please don’t try this as a way to speed up your computer’s performance.

We have resolved the issue with slow desktop performance this afternoon, in collaboration with our support partners (Dell). Computers across the campus are now working normally.
