2853What information should I include if I ask for help with a Multi-Function Device (MFD)?
If you need help with a malfunctioning MFD, please use the "Office equipment" form on this page of the IT Services website.
Please include the Annodata serial number when you complete the form. You can find this on a red-and-silver sticker on the MFD:
