We are very excited to invite the Research Staff community to join us for the Research Staff Showcase Event, which will be the first half of the Research with Impact Day  in the Conference Centre at Bramber House on Tuesday 7th June 2022. The event aims to showcase and highlight the leading and innovative research from our Sussex community.

The Research Staff Showcase builds on the previous Spotlight at Sussex Impact Day; the morning of the event is dedicated to the Research Staff community and will include marketplace type ‘stalls’ for Research Staff to showcase and present their research and activities with an opportunity to network and meet other members of the academic and professional services staff.

We would like to invite you to apply for a place in the main showcase and networking area, and an opportunity to present your research with posters, publications, policy briefs, postcards and any other materials that you may wish to display. There will be up to 15 stalls available and the Research Staff Office will be available on the day to support setting up and taking down of the stalls, as well as guidance, organising and funding the cost of printing posters and other materials prior to the event.

We ask that posters and materials displayed, should be designed with impact in mind (consider your research and pathways to impact), as there will be an award presented to the best stall at the Impact Award Ceremony in the afternoon, with voting taking place throughout the day.
